Service Terms and Conditions

Please be at reception 15 minutes before your trip is due to depart. If you are late, your trip may leave without you and no refund will be given.

Alcohol and adventure do not mix. In the interest of the safety of the other guests and the guides, we reserve the right to refuse your participation on the trip if you are considered intoxicated. No refund will be given.

Please make sure that you have noted the age restrictions for your activity and booked accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your trip within 7 days of the reserved date, no refund will be given.

In the event of inclement weather, you will be given the option, on the day of you trip, to reschedule your trip or a refund will be given
